Election Day

After 13 days of campaign, today is the day to decide. Nice date 080308. Manage to exercise my duty and responsibility as a Malaysian to decide my government.

Went to the polling station at 11:30 am and was in and out less than 15 minutes. Not much hype at Bandar Tun Razak parliamentary contest. The ambient is just okay and nice no aggressive last minutes campaign or so called lobbied by any parties.

It is a straight fight between Parti Keadilan Rakyat (Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim) and MCA - BN (Datuk Tan Chai Ho).

All polling stations have been close at 5 pm and now they still counting. The earliest result is expected at 7pm and the Govt shall be formed at 11 pm depending on the smoothen process of the vote counting. That is what the Election Commission told us.

Hope today's election will give the government an ear of people's power.

However live is as usual. Still manage to go shopping at Low Yat.
